Who we are
AC Operator is operated by 323 LLC (doing business as AC Operator). This policy explains what information we collect through acoperator.ai and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you request an assessment, a report or a call, we collect the details you enter — such as name, company, service area, type of HVAC work, revenue range, the software you use, operational concerns, email and mobile phone number — along with your assessment answers, score and any calculator inputs you choose to share.
Assessment answers before you submit
Assessment answers and calculator inputs are stored in your browser session so you can resume. They are only sent to us when you submit a form. Anonymous usage events (for example, that an assessment was started or completed) may be recorded without personal information.
Campaign attribution and network data
We record the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (such as utm_source). To prevent abuse we store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address; we never store your raw IP address.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your assessment, schedule and confirm your call, and, if you ask, follow up about our services. We do not sell your information.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and agree when submitting a form, AC Operator may send you text messages about your assessment, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-up about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact privacy@acoperator.ai. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate this site and serve you: Lovable Cloud (website hosting and secure database storage) and HighLevel (customer relationship management, scheduling, email and text messaging). These providers process information only on our behalf and under their own security commitments. Information may also be shared when required by law.
Marketing communications
Completing the assessment does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We only send occasional insights if you check the optional consent box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Analytics
We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the LinkedIn Insight Tag where permitted. Where required, these are used only with your consent.
Security and retention
Submissions are stored in a secured database accessible only to authorized administrators. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@acoperator.ai.
